Sùng A Lềnh is a Vietnamese politician and member of the Hmong ethnic group currently serving as a Deputy to the 15th National Assembly of Vietnam representing Lao Cai Province. He is a member of the National Assembly's Committee on Legal Affairs and serves as the Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation for Lao Cai. Before entering national politics, he had a distinguished career in the public security sector, rising to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, and later held various local government and party leadership positions in Sa Pa, including Deputy Chairman of the People's Committee and Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee.
