Safiqur Rahman Kiran is a Bangladeshi politician and member of the Jatiya Sangsad representing the Bangladesh Nationalist Party. He previously served as a member of the 6th Jatiya Sangsad after being elected from the Shariatpur-3 constituency in the February 1996 general election. In addition to his parliamentary career, he has served as the president of the Shariatpur District unit of the BNP and as a member of the party's central executive committee.
