Sahabzada Mehboob Sultan

Sahabzada Mehboob Sultan is a Pakistani politician currently serving as a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan, having been elected in the 2024 general election as an independent candidate supported by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). A descendant of the Sufi mystic Sultan Bahoo, he has a long-standing political career, previously serving as the Federal Minister for National Food Security and Research from 2018 to 2019. Throughout his career, he has represented the Jhang region in the National Assembly, having been elected multiple times since 2002 while affiliated with various political parties, including the Pakistan Muslim League (Q) and the PTI.
