千葉 盛

Sakari Chiba is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Iwate Prefectural Assembly. Representing the electoral district of Ofunato and Rikuzentakata, which includes the city of Ofunato, the city of Rikuzentakata, and the town of Sumita, he is affiliated with the Iwate Shinseikai faction. Within the assembly, he holds the position of Chair of the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Committee and also serves on the Special Committee for Population Decline and Public Infrastructure.
