Арубаев, Сакен Каланович

Saken Arubayev is a Kazakhstani politician serving as a Member of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan representing the Zhambyl Region. Born in 1976, he graduated from M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University with degrees in land-management engineering and economics. Throughout his career, Arubayev has held various administrative roles, including agricultural and land-inspection specialist, assistant and deputy chief of staff to the Akim of Zhambyl Region, head of several regional departments, and Akim of Moyynkum District, Zhambyl District, and Shu District.
