Sam Rasoul is an American politician serving as a member of the Virginia House of Delegates representing the 38th district. Born in Warren, Ohio, to Palestinian immigrants, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Roanoke College and an MBA from Hawaii Pacific University. First elected to the House of Delegates in a 2014 special election, he is a member of the Legislative Black Caucus and the Rural Caucus. In 2021, he ran as a candidate for Lieutenant Governor of Virginia, finishing second in the Democratic primary.
