Sampad Chandra Swain is an Indian politician serving as a member of the Odisha Legislative Assembly representing the Paradeep constituency. Elected in 2024, he also holds the position of Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Industries, Skill Development and Technical Education in the Government of Odisha. Prior to his legislative success, he completed his Master of Business Administration in 2009. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party and assumed his current ministerial office in June 2024.
