Samuel Migaľ is a Slovak politician and former television journalist who currently serves as the Minister of Investment, Regional Development and Informatics of Slovakia. Born in Košice in 1982, he worked as a news reporter for TV JOJ for nearly two decades before entering politics. He became a member of the National Council of Slovakia in 2023. Following a period of political friction within the Voice – Social Democracy party, Migaľ was expelled in early 2025 but subsequently joined the government cabinet in March 2025.
