Denisa Saková is a Slovak politician currently serving as the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy in the fourth cabinet of Robert Fico. Born in Nitra, she holds a PhD in engineering management from the University of Economics in Bratislava. Before entering politics, she worked in the ICT consulting sector. Saková previously served as the Minister of Interior from 2018 to 2020 and has been a prominent figure in the Voice – Social Democracy party since its formation in 2020. Her political career has been marked by her tenure as Secretary of State at the Ministry of Interior and her subsequent leadership roles within the Slovak government.
