
Samuel Palma César
Profile
Víctor Samuel Palma César is a Mexican politician and member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party. He holds degrees in Political Science and Public Administration, as well as a master's degree in Mexican Constitutional Law from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Palma César served as a federal deputy in the LVI and LX Legislatures. Throughout his career, he was a close collaborator of Luis Donaldo Colosio and currently serves as the president of the Fundación Colosio for the 2023–2027 term.
