Sandra Johann is a German politician and member of the Landtag of Saarland. She joined the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) in 2010 and has served as a member of the municipal council in Spiesen-Elversberg since 2014. Professionally, she is a trained teacher who previously worked in Sulzbach/Saar. Johann first entered the state parliament in 2020 and, following a brief absence in 2022, returned to the Landtag in September 2022. She also chairs the Women's Union district association in Neunkirchen.
