Mamadou Sangafowa Coulibaly is an Ivorian politician currently serving as the Minister of Mines, Petroleum and Energy. Born in Korhogo, he began his career as an entrepreneur in the agricultural sector before joining the Rally of Republicans (RDR) in 1995. He served as the Minister of Agriculture for nine years from 2010 to 2019. In addition to his ministerial duties, he has been a municipal councillor for Korhogo since 2001 and was elected as a deputy for the same constituency in 2021. He is recognized for his long-standing political influence in the northern region of Ivory Coast.
