Saptagiri Sankar Ulaka is an Indian politician and software professional serving as a Member of the Lok Sabha for the Koraput constituency in Odisha. A member of the Indian National Congress, he is a prominent tribal leader who currently chairs the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Rural Development and Panchayati Raj. Before entering politics, he worked as a Senior Project Manager at Infosys and held roles at HCL Technologies and Ranbaxy. Throughout his parliamentary tenure, he has focused on tribal rights, infrastructure development—including the operationalization of Jeypore Airport—and improving mobile connectivity in the hilly regions of Odisha. He is also the AICC In-charge for Tripura, Manipur, Nagaland, and Sikkim.
