Sara-Lena Bjälkö

Sara-Lena Bjälkö is a Swedish politician who has served as a member of the Riksdag since 2014. Before entering politics, she worked as a nurse. She was originally elected to the Riksdag representing the Sweden Democrats for the constituency of Örebro County and also served as the chairwoman of the party's local chapter in Falkenberg. In December 2025, she announced her departure from the Sweden Democrats to join the Christian Democrats. Throughout her career, she has remained an active participant in Swedish national legislative affairs.
