Sardar Muhammad Shafiq Tareen is a Pakistani politician serving as a Member of the Senate of Pakistan since March 2018. Affiliated with the Pashtoonkhwa Milli Awami Party, he previously served as Tehsil Nazim of Dukki following the 2007 local bodies elections and contested the 2003 general elections. He was subsequently elected to the Senate as an independent candidate representing Balochistan in the 2018 senate elections.
