Sarfaraz Ahmad

Sarfaraz Ahmad is an Indian politician from Jharkhand and a prominent member of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM). He has served in the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly, representing the Gandey constituency multiple times, first as a member of the Indian National Congress in 1980 and 2009, and later as a JMM representative in 2019. In 2024, he resigned from his seat in the state assembly. He currently serves as the leader of the JMM parliamentary group in the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Indian Parliament.
