Moustapha Saya Kaigama

Moustapha Saya Kaigama is a Cameroonian politician and agricultural entrepreneur serving as a Member of the National Assembly for the Mbam-et-Kim constituency and as Secretary of the Bureau of the National Assembly. A member of the Cameroon People's Democratic Movement (RDPC), he has been an active voice in parliament since 2020, focusing heavily on import-substitution policies, agricultural development, and local infrastructure. In addition to his legislative duties, he has held leadership roles within his party and promotes youth involvement in agro-industry and national economic self-reliance.
