Scot Davidson is a Canadian politician serving as the Member of Parliament for the riding of New Tecumseth—Gwillimbury. A member of the Conservative Party of Canada, he was first elected in a 2019 by-election and has since been re-elected in the 2019, 2021, and 2025 general elections. In the 45th Canadian Parliament, he was elected to serve as the joint chair of the Standing Joint Committee on Scrutiny of Regulations. Davidson holds a bachelor's degree in economics from York University and is a native of Georgina, Ontario.
