Scott Baldwin

Scott Baldwin is an American politician, businessman, and former law enforcement officer currently serving as a member of the Indiana Senate representing District 20. A Republican, he assumed office in 2020 after a career that included service in the United States Marine Corps, the United States Army Reserve, and the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. In addition to his legislative work, Baldwin is a business owner and the founder of Darkhorse Expeditions, a nonprofit focused on veteran mental health. He has been recognized for his legislative efforts, including being named the 2024 Legislator of the Year by the Indiana Banking Association.
