Scott Kawasaki

Scott Kawasaki is an American politician and healthcare professional serving as a member of the Alaska Senate. Born in Tokyo, Japan, he moved to Fairbanks, Alaska, at a young age and later graduated from the University of Alaska Fairbanks with a degree in Biomedical Sciences. Kawasaki began his political career on the Fairbanks City Council in 1999 before serving in the Alaska House of Representatives from 2007 to 2019. He was elected to the Alaska Senate in 2018, where he continues to represent the Fairbanks area.
