Sebastian Fred Deh is a Ghanaian politician serving as the Member of Parliament for the Kpando Constituency in the Volta Region. A member of the National Democratic Congress, he was elected to the 9th Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana in 2024. Before his legislative career, he held significant roles in education and development, including serving as the executive director of the Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (COTVET) and as a divisional head at Energy Bank Ghana. He currently serves on the Trade, Industry and Tourism Committee and the Public Accounts Committee in Parliament.
