Sebastian Frei is a German local politician who has served as the Lord Mayor of Bad Rappenau since 2018. Before entering politics, he pursued a legal career, serving as a judge and public prosecutor at the Mosbach Regional Court, and worked as a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration in Schwetzingen. Elected as an independent candidate with the support of the CDU and SPD, he was re-elected for a second term in 2025. Additionally, he has served as a member of the Heilbronn district council since 2019.
