Sebastian Schlüsselburg is a German politician who has served as a member of the Abgeordnetenhaus of Berlin since 2016. Born in 1983, he studied law at the Humboldt University of Berlin and worked as a parliamentary staffer before his election. Initially active in student representation and later a prominent member of The Left, he left the party in 2024 citing concerns over its stance on antisemitism and solidarity with Ukraine. He joined the Social Democratic Party (SPD) in 2025, continuing his legislative work with a focus on legal policy and education.
