Sebastian Striegel

Sebastian Striegel is a German politician and a member of the Landtag of Saxony-Anhalt, representing the party Alliance 90/The Greens. Born in 1981 in Halle, he has served in the state parliament since 2011. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles within his party, including serving as a state chairman and as the parliamentary manager of his faction. Striegel is known for his focus on interior and legal policy, as well as his active stance against right-wing extremism. He has announced that he will not seek re-election in the 2026 state election to allow for political renewal.
