Serhiy Morhunov

Serhiy Morhunov is a Ukrainian politician currently serving as the Mayor of Vinnytsia. Born on July 9, 1968, in Vinnytsia, he graduated from Chernivtsi University in 1992 with a qualification as a history teacher. Morhunov assumed the office of Mayor on February 27, 2015, succeeding Volodymyr Groysman. Throughout his tenure, he has focused on maintaining reform-driven urban governance, advancing municipal infrastructure projects, and fostering international partnerships for the city. He is a member of the Ukrainian Strategy of Groysman party.
