Boo Seung-chan is a South Korean politician and former government official serving as a member of the 22nd National Assembly for the Yongin-si Byeong constituency. A graduate of the Republic of Korea Air Force Academy, he served as a military officer before transitioning into policy roles, including serving as a spokesperson for the Ministry of National Defense from 2020 to 2022. He gained significant public attention for his whistleblowing regarding the relocation of the presidential office during the Yoon Suk-yeol administration. Currently, he is active within the Democratic Party of Korea, holding various leadership positions including party spokesperson and serving as a ranking member of the National Assembly's National Defense Committee.
