조승환

Seung-hwan Cho is a South Korean politician currently serving as a member of the 22nd National Assembly, representing the Jung-gu and Yeongdo-gu constituency in Busan. A career bureaucrat, he previously served as the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries from 2022 to 2023. Throughout his extensive public service career, he held various high-level positions within the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries and served as the head of the Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology Promotion. Since his election to the National Assembly in 2024, he has been active in legislative committees focusing on public administration, security, and budget oversight, while also serving as the director of the Yeouido Institute.
