Sevda Karaca Demir

Sevda Karaca Demir is a Turkish politician and journalist who has served as a member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey representing Gaziantep since 2023. Born in Adana in 1984, she studied political science at the Middle East Technical University before embarking on a career in journalism. She is known for her work with the newspaper Evrensel and the television channel Hayat TV, where she focused on labor and women's rights. As a politician, she is a vocal advocate for workers' rights and has been critical of electoral fairness in Turkey.
