Shakti Lal Shah is an Indian politician from Uttarakhand and a Member of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly representing the Ghanshali constituency. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party and won the 2022 Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly election by defeating Dhani Lal Shah of the Indian National Congress. Previously, he also won the seat in the 2017 assembly election.
