Shannon Grove

Shannon Grove is an American politician currently serving as a member of the California State Senate, representing the 12th district. A member of the Republican Party, she previously served in the California State Assembly from 2010 to 2016 and held the position of minority leader in the State Senate from 2019 to 2021. Before entering politics, Grove served in the U.S. Army and founded a temporary staffing agency in 1993. Throughout her legislative career, she has been a vocal conservative, advocating for reduced government regulation, opposing abortion, and supporting the fossil fuel industry. She is known for her outspoken support of Donald Trump and her focus on issues affecting California's Central Valley.
