Sharon Carson is an American politician serving as the President of the New Hampshire Senate. A member of the Republican Party, she has represented the state's 14th district in the Senate since 2008. Prior to her tenure in the upper chamber, she served in the New Hampshire House of Representatives for Rockingham's 3rd district from 2000 to 2008. In addition to her legislative career, Carson works as a professor at Nashua Community College, where she teaches courses on American Government and Politics.
