Shaun Davies

Shaun Davies is a British Labour Party politician who has served as the Member of Parliament for Telford since 2024. Before entering national politics, he had a distinguished career in local government, serving as the leader of Telford and Wrekin Council and as the youngest-ever chair of the Local Government Association. In Parliament, he has held roles as a Parliamentary Private Secretary and was appointed as a junior lord of the treasury in May 2026. Davies has been an advocate for addressing poverty and has participated in various select committees, including the Home Affairs Select Committee.
