Shay Brennan

Shay Brennan is an Irish politician serving as a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Dublin Rathdown constituency, having been elected in the 2024 general election. Prior to his election to the Dáil, he served as a member of the Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown County Council from 2014 to 2024. He is the son of the late politician Séamus Brennan and previously contested the 2009 Dublin South by-election. As a member of Fianna Fáil, he continues his family's legacy in Irish national politics.
