Shinobu Ochi is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Ehime Prefectural Assembly. Representing the Imabari City and Ochi District constituency, he has been elected to the assembly nine times. Throughout his tenure, he has been actively involved in various legislative committees, including the Economic and Corporate Committee, the Parliamentary Steering Committee, and several special committees focused on regional revitalization, industrial promotion, and the study of assembly member quotas. He is affiliated with the Ehime Ishin no Kai political group.
