Silas Câmara

Silas Câmara is a Brazilian politician and pastor who has served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies representing the state of Amazonas since 1999. A prominent figure within the Assembleias de Deus church, he balances his legislative duties with his religious leadership and media work, including hosting his own radio program. Throughout his long tenure in Congress, he has participated in significant national political decisions, including voting in favor of the impeachment of President Dilma Rousseff while later supporting her successor, Michel Temer, against similar motions. He is married to Antônia Lúcia, who is also active in religious and political spheres.
