Silvye Alves

Silvye Alves is a Brazilian politician and former television presenter currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies representing the state of Goiás. Before entering politics, she had a prominent career in journalism, working for major networks including TV Anhanguera and RecordTV Goiás, where she gained widespread recognition as a presenter. Following a personal experience with domestic violence in 2021, she became a vocal advocate for women's rights and combating violence against women. Elected in 2022 as the most-voted federal deputy in Goiás, she focuses her legislative work on the defense of women's rights and public safety.
