Simcha Rothman

Simcha Rothman is an Israeli lawyer, right-wing activist, and politician currently serving as a member of the Knesset for the Religious Zionist Party. He previously founded the Movement for Governability and Democracy and has been a prominent advocate for judicial reform, notably chairing the Knesset's Constitution, Law and Justice Committee. Rothman is known for his conservative political stances, including support for government override of Supreme Court decisions and immunity for serving prime ministers, and has been a central figure in the debates surrounding Israel's judicial system.
