Simo Salapura is a Serbian politician currently serving as the Mayor of Zrenjanin. A member of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), he has been instrumental in the administration of the city, which is the administrative center of the Central Banat District in the autonomous province of Vojvodina. Under his leadership, the city has continued its development as a significant economic and cultural hub in the Banat region.
