Simon Court

Simon Court is a New Zealand politician serving as a Member of the New Zealand House of Representatives for the ACT Party since 2020. A former civil and environmental engineer with experience in both the public and private sectors, he previously operated his own engineering firm. Since late 2023, he has served as the Parliamentary Under-Secretary for the Minister for Infrastructure and Resource Management Act reform. Court is known for his focus on infrastructure, environmental policy, and regulatory reform, and he has been an outspoken advocate for his party's positions on free speech and international affairs.
