Dr Simone Zmood

Simone Zmood is an Australian local government politician currently serving as the Mayor of the City of Glen Eira. First elected to the Glen Eira City Council in 2020 to represent Camden Ward, she later became the inaugural councillor for Orrong Ward. A management consultant and high-level strategist by profession, she has extensive experience in governance, strategic planning, and financial management across various sectors. As Mayor, she is focused on enhancing community services, infrastructure, and financial sustainability for the municipality.
