Siphosethu Lindinkosi Ngcobo is a South African politician serving as a Member of the National Assembly of South Africa. A long-standing member of the Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP), he has held the position of Secretary-General of the party since August 2019. Prior to his parliamentary career, Ngcobo served as the mayor of Ulundi and was the president of the National Teachers Union (NATU) until 2018. He was first elected to the National Assembly in 2019 and was re-elected in 2024, currently serving on the Portfolio Committees for Basic Education and Higher Education, Science and Technology.
