Soledad Tamayo Tamayo is a Colombian lawyer and politician currently serving as a Senator of the Republic of Colombia. Born in Palermo, Paipa, she has a long history of public service, having previously served as a police inspector in Bogotá and as an advisor to the district cadastre. She was a long-time councilor of Bogotá, where she also held the position of president of the Council. After serving as a substitute senator in previous legislative periods, she was elected to the Senate by popular vote in 2022.
