Soumana Boubacar

Soumana Boubacar is a Nigerien politician currently serving as the Minister Director of Cabinet of the President of the National Council for the Safeguard of the Homeland (CNSP). He was appointed to this position as part of the transitional government formed in August 2023 following the political changes in Niger. He serves in the administration led by Prime Minister Ali Lamine Zeine under the authority of the CNSP leadership.
