Sourav Sikdar

Sourav Sikdar is an Indian politician serving as a member of the West Bengal Legislative Assembly representing the Dum Dum North constituency since 2026. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he currently serves as a state party spokesperson for West Bengal. Born in 1978, he is the nephew of the late Union Minister Tapan Sikdar. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calcutta, which he earned in 1999. Before his election to the assembly, he was active in state-level party politics.
