Sra Kacaw, also known as Jeng Tian-tsair, is an Amis Taiwanese lawyer and politician serving as a member of the Legislative Yuan. Born in Hualien County, he studied law at National Taiwan University and previously served as the vice minister of the Council of Indigenous Peoples. First elected to the legislature in 2012, he has focused on indigenous rights, including land conservation and employment policies. In December 2025, he was indicted on corruption charges following an investigation into alleged illicit payments received between 2020 and 2023.
