Stefan Schmalfuß is a German local politician serving as the Lord Mayor of the city of Hof since 2026. Prior to his election, he worked as an industrial clerk and managed the Central-Kino in Hof and the Capitol-Kino in Plauen. He entered local politics in 2020 as a member of the Hof City Council representing the Christian Social Union (CSU). In the 2026 municipal elections, he successfully defeated the incumbent mayor, Eva Döhla, in a runoff election to assume office.
