Stefan Wogawa is a German politician, author, and member of the Landtag of Thuringia, representing the BSW party. Born in 1967 in Weimar, he holds a doctorate in the history of science and has a background in sociology and political science. Before his election to the state parliament in 2024, where he serves as the parliamentary manager for his faction, he worked as a research assistant and a consultant in the Thuringian Ministry for Labor, Social Affairs, Health, Women, and Family. Additionally, he has served as a member of the Blankenhain city council since 2004 and is an accomplished author of works on film and regional history.
