Stefanos Gikas

Stefanos Gikas is a Greek politician and former naval officer serving as a Member of the Hellenic Parliament representing Corfu for the New Democracy party, and has also held government office as Deputy Minister of Shipping and Island Policy. Born in Corfu in 1960, he graduated with distinction from the Hellenic Naval Academy and trained at the US Navy Operational Training Center in San Diego before embarking on his political career. Within New Democracy, he has contributed extensively to national defense and insular policy sectors.
