Στέφανος Πουλημένος

Stefanos Poulimenos is a Greek politician, journalist, and publisher currently serving as the Mayor of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands, a position he assumed in 2025. Born in 1959 in Kynopiastes, Corfu, he has had a long career in local government, including serving as the Prefect of Corfu starting in 2006 and as the Mayor of the former Achilleio Municipality from 1994 to 2006. Prior to his political career, he worked as a journalist and publisher of several local newspapers, including Kerkyraiki Poreia and I Kerkyra Simera. He is married and has two children.
