Steffen Hertwig is a German politician and the Lord Mayor of Neckarsulm. Born in 1969 in Heilbronn-Sontheim, he is a trained lawyer who previously held a leadership position in law and compliance at the Würth Elektronik Group. A long-standing member of the Social Democratic Party (SPD), he was first elected as Mayor of Neckarsulm in 2016 and secured a second term in 2024 with a significant majority. He currently serves as the chief administrator for the city.
